This morning we pulled out of Key Largo and headed toward my sister's place in Mulberry, Fla. We traveled Rt. 41 which borders the Everglades. I LOVE that road because it is jammed full of gators and really cool birds. I saw at LEAST 100 gators and 5 TIMES that many beautiful birds. It's really hard to get good photos of the birds because Glenn can't pull over very well in the RV since it's a two lane road. So I just take a lot of shots and hope some of them have birds and gators in them! I would LOVE to post some of them if only I knew where my camera cords were.
We got to Sharon's by dinner fortunately because she had beef and noodles cooking. YUMMY. We had a great meal topped off with dessert and spent the rest of the night chatting with Sharon and Glenn's buddy, Tim, who lives in the park next to Sharon. Oh, and did I mention that we drank margaritas all evening??? mmmmmm.....
